To secure a reservation, booking forms should be returned within 14 days together with a non-returnable deposit of £100, which will be offset against the charge incurred on the day.
Final numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the visit. Any shortfall on these numbers will result in a charge of £20 per player.
All Society players must use the Visitors Car Park, which is clearly signposted.
On arrival the Organiser should report to the Secretary/Manager’s office and is responsible for settling the account, with one cheque or cash before departure from the clubhouse. The office is located on the first floor immediately above the main entrance
A Starter is allocated to Societies and his instructions must be complied with at all times. He will advise players of any Local Rules in force and ensure that the requisite standards of dress and playing ability are met.
